Each year, the student-led FLAME team hosts a retreat in the North Georgia mountains for Mercy! Team members lead prayers, group discussions, and talks on Christian identity, facing peer pressure, living out the Faith, and the power of Reconciliation. Additionally, they lead games and activities that promote community and team building that deepens their sense of the supportive family that is found at Our Lady of Mercy.
The FLAME #21 Retreat is open to ALL Mercy students of ALL faiths. The retreat will be held at Camp Covecrest in Tiger, GA. The camp offers hiking trails, delicious food, great cabin rooms, and awesome team building and bonding activities.
The Details:
The cost of the retreat includes the lodging and meals for the weekend, transportation to and from camp, and a retreat t-shirt, We do not want price to be a deterrent for the retreat, thus, students may apply for a partial scholarship if necessary!
