Favorite Scripture: " Trust in the LORD with all your heart, on your own intelligence do not rely; In all your ways be mindful of him, and he will make straight your paths.” (Proverbs 3:5-6)

Coach Porter's coaching philosophy is rooted in her faith.  She works hard to equip student-athletes to be authentic, honest, and compassionate Christian leaders, on and off the field. She reminds her players each day is another opportunity to thank God for His many blessings. As an athlete, she competed for UCLA’s Women’s Track Team as a long and triple jumper. She was part of UCLA’s PAC-10 Conference Championship team twice.  In high school, Porter competed in Varsity Cross Country and Track and Field.
