Favorite Scripture: "Not only so, but we also glory in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope. And hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit, who has been given to us." (Romans 5:3-5)

Katie Schneider played Division I Lacrosse at Stanford University before two ACL injuries. She was a three sport captain in soccer, track, and lacrosse, an Academic All-American in lacrosse, as well as being inducted in the Pennsylvania Hall of Fame in the Delco Chapter in high school. Her coaching philosophy is that "you cannot control the other team, how many mistakes you make, or if the ball falls your way, but what you CAN control every single day is how much you hustle, how much you communicate, and your attitude. No matter what your experience or skill level is, you can ALWAYS do these three things."
