Catholic Schools Week
January 30th, 2012
To commemorate the beginning of Catholic Schools Week, and as is the tradition at Catholic schools throughout the Archdiocese of Atlanta, the Rosary was prayed together as a school community on Monday. Led by FLAME team members and projected over the PA system, the Joyful Mysteries were meditated on as we prayed.
Other activities during this week will include a Mass for all of the eighth graders attending Catholic schools, for which OLM will send a representative number of students, and the Archbishop's annual education Mass and banquet, at which time Mrs. Rhonda Anderson will be feted as Mercy's archdiocesan honoree of the year.
