2016 Cross Country Summer Program

Important Dates

· NOVEMBER 4th – STATE MEET

· o Summer Practices

§ Mondays, and Wednesdays

§ More practices/Non-mercy practices to be scheduled

· July 10-14 CAMP

· August 20th - MERCY INVITATIONAL

Volunteers Needed

Summer Running

· You should be running 5 days/week

· Work up to at least 4 miles/day

· Work up to at least 6 mile run

· Make sure shoes are comfortable and not worn out

o DO NOT USE LAST YEARS SHOES

· Drink lots of water
